Polvo de color blanco para blanquear glaseado o mazapán. También es apto para elaborar pintura blanca. Para ello, debe mezclar el polvo con alcohol (Rejuvenator Spirit) o agua.
Los colorantes blancos sin dióxido de titanio eliminan el tono amarillo, ayudan a dar brillo a la pasta de azúcar y a reducir el tono amarillo de la crema de mantequilla y el chocolate.
